Description
Program and Nutrition staff are required to survey our lunch and program participants. We need your help going to the lunch and program sites to pass out and collect the surveys.
Days/times/locations vary based on the lunch and program schedule but the surveys MUST be completed by December 15 so that we have time to compile and submit the results.
If you are interested, I will connect you with our lunch and program staff so you can coordinate days and times.
